I keep finding so lots of great noms at at my home away from home Trader Joe’s! Mango bars, dark chocolate stars, those popped potato chips, that red pepper spread, and now TJ’s Vanilla Flavored Coconut Milk?

Your comments about food and appeal issues here the other day, and this post on breakouts, milk and sugar, prompted me to try (“try” being the crucial word here) to eat less dairy for a while.
We’ll see how it goes… I sure do love ice cream, but I think I can live without it for a few weeks.
Or days.
I was really shocked to like the taste of this coconut milk as much as I do. I don’t know, I just I expected it to have a consistency a lot more like soy milk, rice milk or almond milk, but it’s a little thicker than those and doesn’t have much of an aftertaste.
So yum! give it a try with some Trader Joe’s Honey Graham Crackers.
WARNING: The crackers are nearly as addictive as those popped potato chips…
